Gravity Finance Guide

Step 1: Connect MetaMask to GFI Dex

Open Gravity Finance: Go to gravityfinance.io

Connect Wallet:

• On the Gravity Finance homepage, click on the "Connect Wallet" button located at the top right corner of the page.

• In the pop-up that appears, select "MetaMask" from the list of available wallets.

• MetaMask will open a notification asking for permission to connect. Click "Next," then "Connect" to approve the connection.

Step 2: Trade B4RE Tokens

Navigate to the homepage:

• On the Gravity Finance homepage, click on "Buy GFI" to access the decentralized exchange interface.

• Choose the "Buy on Gravity" option to proceed.

Select Tokens for Swap:

• In the swap interface, click on the token dropdown menu in the "Swap From" section and select B4RE.

• If B4RE is not listed, you might need to manually add it by entering its contract address (which can be found on Etherscan or the official B4RE documentation).

• In the "To" section, select the token you want to trade B4RE for (e.g., GFI or another token listed on the Dex).

Enter Amount:

• Enter the amount of B4RE tokens you want to trade. You can use the "Max" button to trade all your B4RE tokens.

• Ensure you have a small amount of B4RE left to cover any transaction fees if needed.

Review Swap Details:

• Check the details of the trade, including the exchange rate, fees, and slippage tolerance.

• Adjust the slippage tolerance if necessary (usually found by clicking on the settings icon next to the swap interface).

Step 3: Confirm and Execute Trade

Approve Token (if required):

• If this is your first time trading B4RE on Gravity Finance, you may need to approve the token first.

• Click on the "Approve" button next to B4RE, and confirm the transaction in your MetaMask wallet. This allows the Dex to access your B4RE tokens.

Confirm Swap:

• Once the token is approved, click on the "Swap" button.

• Review the transaction details again in the confirmation window.

• Click "Confirm Swap" to proceed.

• MetaMask will prompt you to confirm the transaction. Review the gas fee and click "Confirm."

Step 4: Wait for Transaction Confirmation

• Transaction Pending: The transaction will be submitted to the blockchain. You can monitor its status on Etherscan or directly in MetaMask.

• Transaction Complete: Once confirmed, you will see the new token balance in your MetaMask wallet and in the GFI Dex interface.

Step 5: Verify Token Balance

Check MetaMask:

• Open your MetaMask wallet to see the updated balance of the tokens you swapped B4RE for.

View Transaction History:

• You can view the transaction history in MetaMask under the "Activity" tab to ensure the swap was successful.

Additional Tips

Security:

• Always double-check the contract addresses and ensure you are on the correct Gravity Finance website to avoid phishing scams.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully trade B4RE tokens on the Gravity Finance Dex using MetaMask.
